Manufacturer of UV Spare and Replacement Parts
To support both microwave UV systems and UV (arc) lamp systems, Miltec manufactures UV spare and replacement parts for our microwave systems and numerous OEM UV curing systems. We manufacture high-quality UV bulbs, patented screens and reflectors for microwave powered UV systems in-house. We also offer UV lamps, UV reflectors, and UV reflector liners, including standard liners and cold mirror liners for various UV (arc) lamp systems. Depending on the ARC lamp system, other replacement parts are also available including high voltage wire, capacitors, transformers and various other electrical parts.

Miltec UV has developed a revolutionary technology utilizing UV curing as a manufacturing technique to produce ceramic coatings on Lithium-ion battery separators; ceramic coatings on anodes and the production of Lithium-ion battery electrodes. A UV reactive mixture can replace conventional binders in both ceramic coatings for separators and electrodes in lithium-ion batteries.
